How Many characters Can I Fit On My Collar:

the option to add your text is available in the store before the checkout and will only let you enter the amount that we can fit on the collar.

this varies by the size of the collar you have chosen.

Is the laser engraving to the buckle also included in the price with the Bamboo embroidered collars:

yes the laser engraving is included in the price. As are embroidery and postage and packaging.

What are the government guideline:

The current guide lines state that even though a Dog must be micro chipped by law.They should still be wearing a collar with the owners contact details on it. please follow the Link to the The Control of Dogs Order 1992.

Do i have to stick with the government guidelines:

You may add what you want at the checkout within the maximum amount of characters. examples that have been used in the past are Spayed, Chipped, Clinical Diet , Will You , Marry Me.

Can you deliver to countries other than the UK:

we can deliver to other countries but you will need to contact us to arrange special postage requirements which will be met by the purchaser. As will local import duties and taxes.
